Image on the Wall

My friend Rex and I were taking a hike on 12/12/2012 near Christ in the Desert Monastary in Abiquiu, New Mexico. There was a light snow on the ground on a beautiful winter day. I looked up at the huge wall of rock surrounding us and had to turn back and look again. I saw a shadow on the wall that looked like a cross and an image of a man looking up at the sky as if asking; "Why hast thou forsaken me?" In my minds eye I saw a weary Jesus fallen to the ground in grief just moments before his surrender to the Father(who to me was the majesty of the rock wall itself). Was this in my head or would others see the image too? I took a photograph to capture the moment for people to view for themselves. I am not a religious man but it did feel that day as if these ancient rocks were speaking to me; perhaps of the resurrection I feel whenever I am struck by the awesome beauty of New Mexico.
